By supporting the largest tax cut in South Dakota history, you have provided much needed relief, especially during these hard times with highs in food prices, gas prices, interest rates, and inflation. 

Taxes burden citizens, expand government, and stifle the economy. Families are looking for relief from that burden. Americans for Prosperity is dedicated to working with you to lift that burden to unleash innovation and economic growth.

When we focus on limiting spending and budget transparency, we can see where we are spending outside of government’s role. Greater budget transparency means a greater stake for citizens and lawmakers in the process and empowering them to take ownership of outcomes. It will present to the public where government spending is going, which will lead to cuts on spending and cuts on taxes.
