End Subsidies That Drive up Your Electric Bill
Tell Representatives to Sustain the Veto on House Bill 142
House Bill 142, passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate, will subsidize tens of millions of dollars for electric generators, passing those costs on to ratepayers.
Thankfully, Governor Chris Sununu vetoed this bill and has protected ratepayers from boondoggle subsidies, for now.
The legislature needs to look for solutions borne from sound economic policies that keep the best interest of electric ratepayers at the forefront and must work to lower electric rates for residents and businesses in order to keep our economy growing and thriving.
Sign our letter to ask Representatives to sustain Governor Chris Sununu’s veto of House Bill 142 to put a stop to these dangerous subsidies and protect electric ratepayers in New Hampshire.
