To the Honorable Members of the Wyoming Congressional Delegation,

As a proud Wyomingite and constituent, I want to personally thank you for your support in passing the One Big Beautiful Bill.
This legislation will have a real and lasting impact on families like mine across the state. Making the 2017 tax cuts permanent means more financial breathing room for hardworking people—especially those raising families, running small businesses, or working long hours just to get ahead. I was especially glad to see the elimination of taxes on tips and overtime—something that hits home for so many young workers and folks in the service industry here in Wyoming.
I also appreciate the bill’s strong focus on energy. Expanding oil and gas leasing and rolling back restrictive green mandates puts Wyoming back in the driver’s seat. Our state has always helped power the country, and this bill ensures we can keep doing that while supporting good-paying jobs right here at home.
The healthcare reforms—especially the expanded access to Health Savings Accounts and Direct Primary Care—are another win for families. It’s encouraging to see steps being taken to give us more control over our health decisions and spending.
There’s a lot in this bill to be proud of: serious reforms to reduce waste in government programs, improved border security, and protections for nonprofit and charitable work. It’s the kind of policy that reflects Wyoming values—fiscal responsibility, individual freedom, and trust in people over bureaucracy.
