Make Kansas Courts Impartial
Voters Not Lawyers Can Give Kansas a Brighter Future
We need a court system that embodies our state's values through accountability and transparency. Unlike any other state, Kansas relies on a model where nine unelected individuals with a majority of lawyers, selected by attorneys, appoint our Supreme Court justices. This process lets one elite special interest group control an entire branch of government. It is time to give all Kansans a voice and reform this system to ensure that state government gives power to all people—not just attorneys. Let's create an impartial judiciary that truly reflects our state.
