Certificate of Need (CON) laws make it legal for hospitals CEOs to collude with unelected bureaucrats to VETO new or expanded services in YOUR community. That isn't right!

These laws stand in the way of new and better services coming to communities all across West Virginia. That's why we're bringing people together to ask their lawmakers to REPEAL ALL CON LAWS!

Certificate of need laws were supposed to keep health care costs down, but they did the OPPOSITE. That's why President Trump's administration has stated, "CON laws have failed to produce cost savings, higher quality healthcare, or greater access…the evidence suggests CON laws are ineffective."

It is time to repeal all CON laws in the Mountain State. Because West Virginians deserve better access to more quality health care.
