The people of Colorado have had enough of the games politicians have played with our Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR).

Coloradans understand what we signed up for with TABOR, and we know that it means putting our hard-earned tax dollars back in our pockets in the form of a refund when our state government collects more than a certain amount.

I ask you to remember the difference these refunds can make for working Coloradans and oppose any attempt in the future to withhold TABOR tax refunds from the people.
