It’s no secret that Texas has become a destination for workers and families. Unfortunately, as a State we have not been able to keep up with the demand for housing.

With 1,000+ people moving to Texas every day, the demand for housing options is currently outpacing supply, leading to ever-climbing prices. According to the Comptroller of Texas we are currently short over 300,000 units.

To address this issue, we can keep freedom bigger in Texas by focusing on conservative, free-market reforms to increase the supply of housing to meet the demand while also promoting the property rights of every Texan.
