HB 205 is an inherently protectionist, anti-free market policy designed by cronies to raise energy costs for working families in Ohio. Tell your Representatives their priorities should be their constituents and communities - not profiteering special interest groups.

HB 205 would create a top-down, government mandated labor quota system. The training required for this is offered almost exclusively by unions and special interest groups pushing this legislation - and they are the only ones who will benefit. In essence, HB 205 is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to use government coercion in order to kowtow to the financiers of the campaigns of elected officials.
