Strengthening Border Security with Commonsense Reform
While our government needs to establish a transparent, robust asylum system and a way for hard-working Dreamers to contribute and participate in the American economy that fulfills a minimum humanitarian obligation, we need to first establish a secure border as the baseline to these border efforts by hiring sufficient border patrol personnel, improving patrol technology, and expanding the availability of citizenship to those pursuing the American dream.
