4. TCJA- Congressman Jeff Hurd co-sponsored the TCJA (Tax Cut and Jobs Act) Permanency Act, which makes the 2017 tax cuts permanent—protecting small businesses and hardworking families. Without these tax cuts, the average Colorado family could pay $3,600 more per year. Do you support Congressman Hurd in keeping tax relief for families and small businesses?  (required)

5. Immigration-Congressman Jeff Hurd supports securing the border and fixing our broken immigration system. He wants to streamline the legal process for those who follow the law and contribute to our country. He also Co-sponsored the UPLIFT Act to end sanctuary policies and help law enforcement keep dangerous drugs like fentanyl out of our communities.
